Suzuki DR200S
Sharper looks and more comfort have transformed the DR200S into a modern trail bike without detracting from the original design which made the DR one of the most enduring four strokes in Suzuki’s comprehensive line up.
For the new 2015 model the push button electric start motor boasts a new digital ECM for better ignition performance whilst still offering the simplicity of a CV carburettor. With anecdotal fuel economy figures of around 44.9 km per litre the DR200S should have a possible range of over 500km from its 12.5 Litre fuel tank.
With styling taken from the successful RM-Z range of competition motorcycles riders can expect to find a slimmer and more functional design when riding the DR200S, especially with its longer seat better able to accommodate a range of rider size as well as a pillion when required to do so.
With a fuelled up weight of just 126kg it’s a strong performer on the trail or the daily commute making it the perfect balance for daily life. Due to arrive later in 2014 the DR200S will be available in both Suzuki yellow or black.
