A Four Day Guided Tour of the central eastern region of the North Island
Ride with Two Wheel Touring over Hawkes Bay farmlands and Central Plateau volcanoes with overnight stops in Opotiki, Napier and Ohakune. Ride the remote Gentle Annie route between Napier and Ohakune. Saturday 15th February to Tuesday 18th February.
Day One Saturday 15 Feb: Auckland to Opotiki (370km)

Overnight at Opotiki
Day Two Sunday 16 Feb: Opotiki to Napier (320km)

Morning tea in Gisbone
Late lunch at Waikare Tavern & Café, SH 2.
Pub Stop at Bayview Hotel
Overnight at Napier
Day Three Monday 17th Feb: Napier to Ohakune via the Gentle Annie (220km)
Lunch at Waiouru
Overnight at Ohakune
Day Four Tuesday 18th Feb: Ohakune to Auckland (350km)
Morning tea at at Wharepapa South.
Pub Stop at Whatawhata Tavern.
